Concrete Pump Pipe Manufacturer: Inside Hongchang Machinery

Hongchang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a concrete pump pipe manufacturer based in Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, China. We do one job, and we do it well: building wear-resistant pipes that move concrete safely, shift after shift. Our factory covers 2,600 square meters. Each year it produces 50,000 meters of straight pipe and 15,000 curved pipes. Every part is made for real sites, from high-rise pours and tunnels to mining and long-distance delivery. Since 2015, our team has grown to more than 50 people, and about half of our output ships to buyers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. This page explains who we are, how we build, and why equipment owners keep coming back.

Who We Are

We are a high-tech enterprise founded in 2015. That gives us 11 years of hands-on experience in high-maintenance concrete conveying pipes. In fact, pipes are all we make, so our attention never drifts. We hold our own design and development capability for both pumps and pipes. On top of that, we run a complete production management system, a quality assurance system and a marketing system. As a result, a single order moves from drawing to packing under one roof.

Where We Work: Factory, Team and Home Base

Our plant sits at No. 2063, Hongqi South Road, Development Zone, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. Anhui is a mature steel and machinery region, so raw material is close at hand. That keeps quality steady and lead times short. The factory floor covers 2,600 square meters and houses more than 50 employees. A dedicated design and R&D team works alongside production, which means custom requests do not sit in a queue. Meanwhile, our location near major ports helps orders reach overseas buyers on schedule.

What We Make: A Full Line of Conveying Parts

One supplier, one standard. We build straight pipes, elbows, reducers, clamps and hoses. Elbows come in 90°, 45°, 30° and 15° angles. Nominal diameters run from DN100 to DN150, and bend radii cover R180, R190.5 and R275. For example, our double layer elbow handles the high-pressure work that high-rise and tunnel jobs demand. Wedge type clamps lock without tools, while reducer pipes smooth the flow between sizes. In short, buyers can source a complete pipeline from one place, so parts fit together the first time.

How We Build: Materials and Heat Treatment

We start with 20# steel and quality alloy structural steel. Next, we quench and carburize the inner wall, which lifts hardness to HRC 55–62. Our patented delayed quenching and press-fit sleeve process at the pipe ends adds strength where wear hits hardest. That said, we also care about weight. A 3-meter pipe weighs just 46 kg, so crews handle it with less effort and trucks burn less fuel. Overall, our straight and curved pipes last two to three times longer than ordinary products.

Our Production Equipment

Machines decide how steady a pipe turns out. So we invest in them. Our line includes a CNC high-frequency heat treatment machine, an automatic pipe bending and welding machine, a hydraulic sleeving machine, a double-arm sawing machine and an automatic double-arm welding machine. Together, these units keep hardness, angle and length within tight limits from the first pipe to the ten-thousandth. Furthermore, in-house tooling means we can switch a size or a bend radius without handing the work to a third party.

Quality Control at Every Stage

Our quality system follows ISO 9001:2015. Every batch passes raw material testing, in-process inspection, pressure testing, hardness checks and dimensional checks. In addition, we inspect 100% of finished pipes before packing. A certificate of quality goes out with each batch. Buyers are welcome to arrange pre-shipment checks or third-party testing through SGS or BV. Therefore, what you approve as a sample is what you receive in bulk.

Capacity and Lead Times

Capacity matters when a project cannot wait. Our lines turn out 50,000 meters of straight pipe and 15,000 curved pipes a year. Moreover, we keep about 30% buffer stock in common sizes to cut waiting time. Current lead time runs 15 to 30 days, depending on volume and customization. Sample orders start at one piece, so you can test before you commit. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, with T/T and L/C accepted. Delivery can be arranged as FOB, CIF or EXW.

OEM and ODM: Built to Your Drawing

We support OEM and ODM work for distributors and equipment makers. So you can set your own diameter, angle and length. We also offer logo printing and brand packaging. Our engineers help with drawings and sample approval, and the R&D team keeps development in house. Because of this, we are a designated supporting manufacturer for Xingma Automobile, and we join other equipment programs as well.

Fit and Compatibility

A pipe is only useful if it fits. Our parts match any type of pump truck and trailer pump, including Sany, Zoomlion and XCMG models. They also suit mortar conveying, ground pumps and long-distance lines. For tough work, our double layer elbows and reducers hold up under pressures up to 85 bar. As a result, you can replace worn parts without changing your whole setup.

Where Our Pipes Travel

Roughly half of our output leaves China. Main markets include Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. We work with distributors, contractors, mining firms and equipment OEMs. Even so, every order gets the same care, whether it is one pallet or a full container.

Certifications and Recognition

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification (certificate ISO-2024-HC) for our full range of concrete pump delivery products. In 2026, Hongchang was named among the Top 10 Renowned Flexible Pump Pipe Companies in China. These honors matter less than your results. All the same, they show that our systems stand up to outside review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order one pipe to test first?

Yes. Sample orders start at a minimum of one piece. This lets you check quality, size and wear before a larger order.

How long does production take?

Most orders ship in 15 to 30 days. Common sizes often move faster thanks to buffer stock.

Can you print our logo on the pipe?

Yes. We offer logo printing, custom packaging and branded lengths under our OEM service.

What payment and delivery terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, paid by T/T or L/C. We ship FOB, CIF or EXW.
